Inspect birds for issues requiring follow-up by USDA or Pilgrim’s Leadership;
Sort birds at a rate of 35+ birds per minute;
Salvage, vacuum and wash birds per FSQA requirements;
Perform Final Trim by identifying and removing undesired defects;
Maintain a clean and organized work area; communicate with leadership about flock/equipment issues
