Jack Link's Snacks - 200 Industrial Drive - Responsibilities:
Clean facilities and equipment following the proper sequence and timetable to support production startup;
Apply cleaning chemicals, degreasers, sanitizers using sprayers/hoses;
Perform hot water wash downs (120-140 degrees) and cold wash downs for equipment, floors, and walls;
Clean equipment parts, overheads, units, pipes, lights, and break area; manage trash and dispose of waste;
Follow GMPs, HACCP training, SOPs, SSOPs, and Master Cleaning Schedule; assist with start-up re-assembly of machines
