Location: Iron Ridge
API Heat Transfer is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead 2nd shift fabrication operations at our Iron Ridge facility, supporting production at the Franklin plant. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, quality, and team development.
You will oversee CNC, laser, brake press, and welding teams, drive daily production schedules, coach welders and operators, and partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues while advancing Lean initiatives.
