CNC Machinist
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. Read blueprints and machining instructions. Use gauges and measuring tools to inspect finished parts. Perform basic machine maintenance and housekeeping. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Learn machining processes under supervision.
Qualifications and CertificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent. CNC machining experience preferred. Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) preferred. Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and gauges. Strong shop math skills. Experience working with tight machining tolerances. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
