About the Role Apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision industrial rollers
Interpret work orders and blueprints (preferred experience)
Move and stage materials with a forklift, crane, and hand truck
Perform inspections and record quality results
Follow standards emphasizing safety, innovation, quality, and continuous improvement—the American Roller WayShifts2nd:
Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (paid lunch)3rd:
Sun–Thurs, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM Immediate openings on both shifts.
Pay & Perks $23.75–$26.18/hour + shift premium (based on experience)

Sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 6 months of employment
Requirements1+ years manufacturing experience
Read, write, and perform basic math
Experience with blueprints (preferred)
Comfort operating a forklift, crane, and hand truck
