Sonoco - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate the winding machine with correct mandrel, belt, paper width, and adhesive;
Adjust winding angles and paper tension to ensure proper tube formation;
Operate the tube saw to cut tubes to correct diameter and length with consistent quality;
Monitor critical quality parameters (safety, dimensions, adhesion, ply spacing) and document measurements;
Maintain cleanliness and perform routine equipment maintenance; back-up Line Lead as needed
