Winder Operator

Location: Greenville

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Winder Operator to join their team. As a Winder Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

** 3:00pm - 1:00am

** What's the Job?*
* + Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials needed

+ Set up and operate winding machines, adjusting angles, tension, and adhesive application

+ Verify outer diameter and core thickness, documenting measurements hourly

+ Operate tube saws, ensuring proper cuts and safety measures

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and perform routine maintenance

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or GED

+ One to three months related experience or training

+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals

+ Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

+ Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and work safely with others
