Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Winder Operator to join their team. As a Winder Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Greenville, WI

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: 3:00pm - 1:00am

• Review job orders to determine appropriate equipment and materials needed
• Set up and operate winding machines, adjusting angles, tension, and adhesive application
• Verify outer diameter and core thickness, documenting measurements hourly
• Operate tube saws, ensuring proper cuts and safety measures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and perform routine maintenance

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience or training
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions and work safely with others
