CNC Mill Machinist
Position: CNC Mill Machinist
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Haas Vertical Mills.
- Perform 4-8 machine setups per day.
- Machine primarily custom tooling retainers and low-volume/one-off parts.
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, and blueprints.
- Work with materials including: cold-rolled steel, A2 tooling steel, aluminum.
- 2-3+ years of CNC mill setup and operation experience.
- Experience performing machine setups/changeovers independently.
- Ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Strong blueprint reading skills.
- Experience using precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to enter coordinates and read basic M-code.
- Experience with SurfCAM or other CNC programming software.

This is a permanent position based out of Baldwin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $64480.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Medical, dental, vision, 401k - 50.c on the dollar up to 6%, life insurance, long, short term, supplemental life, tuition reimbursement 10 holidays per year
