General Labor

JARP Industries Inc is seeking General Labor team members to support production of custom hydraulic cylinders in our Onalaska, WI facility. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with material handling, basic assembly, part preparation, and shop organization to keep manufacturing running smoothly. You'll follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, perform simple inspections, and help maintain a clean, safe work area.

Working in our close-knit, family-founded culture, you'll collaborate with skilled technicians, learn hydraulic manufacturing processes, and gain opportunities to grow into more specialized production or technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material handling, staging, and movement of parts through the production area
• Support basic assembly, part preparation, and shop tasks for hydraulic cylinder manufacturing
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Use basic hand and power tools under supervision
• Perform simple visual and measurement checks on parts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues to supervisors
• Assist with loading/unloading, packaging, and shipping preparation as needed
