Production Assistant II

Kohler is seeking a Production Assistant II to support manufacturing operations in Building 83. In this role, you'll help set up and operate production workstations, load and move materials, and perform basic quality checks to keep lines running safely and efficiently. You'll follow standardized work, read work orders, complete accurate production records, and escalate issues to technicians or supervisors. Working in a team-driven, safety-focused environment, you'll contribute to Kohler's legacy of craftsmanship and innovation while developing your technical and career skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of production lines and workstations
• Load, move, and stage raw materials and finished goods safely
• Perform basic visual and dimensional quality inspections
• Follow standardized work, work orders, and safety procedures
• Record production data accurately in logs or systems
• Identify and report equipment or quality issues promptly
• Support Lean, 5
• S, and continuous improvement activities
• Collaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and output goals
