We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a CNC Setup Leader in Brussels, WI. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing the setup of CNC machines, ensuring all specifications are met, and leading a team of operators to ensure production goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:- Set up CNC machines according to specifications
- Oversee machine operation and troubleshoot any issues
- Train and supervise a team of CNC operators
- Ensure production goals are met on time
- Previous experience in CNC machine setup and operation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and perform quality checks
- Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus
