Job Purpose  We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Wautoma, WI. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our manufacturing equipment running efficiently through proactive preventive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting of breakdowns, and mechanical/electrical repairs. Key Responsibilities     Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, equipment overhauls, and emergency repairs on production machinery to minimize downtime.  Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:
Utilize multimeters and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.  System Adjustments & Alignment:
Calibrate, align, and test production equipment and components according to operational specifications.  Fabrication & Repairs:
Perform basic welding, metal fabrication, and mechanical repairs to support plant tooling and machine performance.  Continuous Improvement:
Partner with operations and engineering teams using Lean/World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles to optimize equipment reliability and safety.  Documentation:
Accurate tracking of preventive maintenance tasks, repair history, and work orders within our maintenance system.  #LI-JB1     Experience Required   High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing machinery maintenance. Strong background in mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, and fluid power (hydraulics/pneumatics). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals. Demonstrated safety-first mindset and strong diagnostic problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications   Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Prior experience with basic PLC logic troubleshooting and sensor diagnostics. Welding and metal fabrication experience in a production environment.
Pay Transparency   This role pays at $35.00/hour. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.
