This role is responsible for setting the direction of the operation, developing leaders, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.

Lead multiple departments through a team of supervisors and managers

Analyze operational data and implement strategic improvements

Previous Plant Manager experience in manufacturing

Proven success leading large production teams

Experience improving KPIs, operational performance, and workforce engagement

Strong financial and business acumen

Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
