Location: Ladysmith
Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join our team in Ladysmith, WI. You will ensure all parts fit correctly, using hands or machines with precision while following manuals, drawings, and schematics to assemble complex outputs.
The role offers a starting pay up to $23.50/hr plus a $2.50 shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Typical schedule is 2nd shift:
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 pm – 2:00 am, with opportunities for overtime and
