Location: Oneida

EMT International is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Assembler to build high-performance web processing and finishing equipment in our Green Bay, WI manufacturing facility. This role assembles and wires complex electro-mechanical systems using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Responsibilities include mechanical assembly, electrical panel wiring, cable routing, alignment, and functional checks while following strict safety and quality standards. You will work closely with engineering and production teams in a collaborative, family-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement, precision manufacturing, and delivering reliable solutions for global printing, packaging, and converting customers.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical-mechanical subassemblies and final machines per drawings and work instructions
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to route and terminate cables and components
  • Install and align mechanical components for high-speed web handling and finishing equipment
  • Perform basic electrical wiring, terminations, and panel assembly to company and safety standards
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments to verify fit, function, and quality
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to resolve build issues and improve processes
  • Follow all safety, 5
  • S, and quality procedures in a clean, organized work area
  • Assist in testing, debug, and final verification of assembled equipment before shipment
