Northwest Hardwoods, Inc. is seeking a Swing Shift Sawmill Lead in Dorchester, WI to coordinate second-shift sawmill operations and provide leadership to the team. You will ensure safe, efficient production, oversee work assignments, and oversee handoffs with the Sawmill Supervisor.
The role reports to the Sawmill Supervisor, performing hands-on production duties when needed and guiding employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
