As a Material Handler/Warehouse Associate
, you will support the movement and accuracy of materials throughout the facility by managing receiving, inventory, storage, distribution, and shipping activities. You will help ensure manufacturing operations have the materials needed by performing cycle counts, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. You will work as part of the Materials and Logistics team in an air conditioned, warehouse/manufacturing environment.

• Perform cycle counting, inventory control, and inventory record maintenance to ensure material accuracy.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices; document discrepancies and reject unsatisfactory items.
• Prepare, package, document, and process outgoing shipments, including maintaining shipping records and posting shipping weights and charges.
• Stock, store, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to inventory locations and manufacturing lines.
• Prepare kitting packages for assembly and operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as required.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

• Relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or material handling.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience performing cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or inventory tracking tools.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
• Operate and/or obtain certification to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• Forklift certification and experience operating powered industrial trucks.
