If you have experience cutting beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and working with primals, subprimals, or whole carcass cuts, we’d love to hear from you!

• Cutting and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry with precision and care.
• Handling primals, subprimals, and whole carcass cuts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and quality in all processes.
• Upholding the standards of a state or USDA-inspected facility (experience in such facilities is a plus!).

• At least 1 year of butchery experience
  , particularly in cutting various meats and working with whole carcass cuts.
• Familiarity with state or USDA-inspected facilities (preferred but not required).
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
