Shipping Receiving Coordinator

• Receive incoming raw materials, components, and supplies; verify accuracy against shipping and order records and inspect the condition of materials as needed.
• Ensure orders are accurately packed and ready for shipment at the scheduled date and time.
• Coordinate with shipping and freight companies to schedule pickups and confirm deliveries.
• Utilize company software to enter and manage inventory of incoming and outgoing materials, supplies, and products.
• Perform periodic cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and update inventory records as needed.
• Work with Manufacturing, Sales, Accounting, and other departments to address issues, shortages, and complaints.
• Perform other duties and tasks as needed.

• High school diploma required
• One (1) to three (3) years experience with shipping and receiving preferred
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
