Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift Available:

3:30 pm-1:30 am, Monday-Thursday

Job Summary

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler where your mechanical aptitude and precision skills will drive the creation of high-quality products. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling components accurately and efficiently, ensuring each product meets strict quality standards. Your hands-on expertise and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing.

Duties
  • Standing at a work station
  • Reading and understanding work instructions
  • Be able to run all secondary equipment, (sonic weld, pad print, automated assembly equipment and any other secondary equipment.)
  • Visually and mechanically inspect parts and equipment with written and verbal instructions.
  • Do all work as described in work instructions
  • Clean work area.
  • Work in other departments as needed
  • Meet line throughput targets and quality goals.
Requirements
  • Skilled in using hand tools, pneumatic tools, power tools, and specialized industrial equipment safely and effectively.
  • Capable of manual handling tasks with attention to safety protocols involving PPE use.
  • Basic understanding of quality control procedures related to assembly work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on precision measurement and technical interpretation.
  • Able to work independently
