- Interpret sketches, routings, and product specifications to determine part requirements and manufacturing sequence
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including shears, press brakes, forming presses, rolls, expanders, sandblasters, and hand grinders
- Form, bend, cut, and straighten sheet metal to meet dimensional and quality requirements
- Perform final deburring and finishing operations on completed parts and assemblies
- Assemble components into supporting frameworks per drawings and specifications
- Repair and rework sheet metal assemblies as needed, including disassembly and re-fit
- Verify dimensional accuracy using measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers, and Pi tapes
- Work closely with teammates and support functions to produce high-quality parts you’re proud to put your name on
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation requirements in a regulated manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of related sheet metal or fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and routings
- Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
