Location: Slinger
Welder - 1st, 2nd, & Weekend Shift at Weldfab Manufacturing, LLC. in Slinger, WI, US.

Experienced Welder/Fabricators 1st
Shift: $26-29/hr 2nd
Shift: $28-$32/hr (Base + Premium) Weekend
Shift: $29-$33/hr (Base + Premium)
* 4 Days Off*

- $26-$29/hr base
- $2.00/hr 2nd shift premium
- $3.00/hr weekend shift premium
- Weekly pay 401(k) with company match

Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 5am-3pm Monday-Thursday;
Friday overtime as needed - 2nd Shift: 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday;
Friday overtime as needed - Weekend Shift: 5am-5pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday - work 36 hours, get paid for 40
- MIG, TIG, and/or robotic welding on carbon and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- set up components to spec
- Inspect completed welds for quality
- measure with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
- Maintain welding equipment (torches, wire, tips, nozzles, diffusers)
- Operate overhead cranes
- log job data into our computer system
- Follow all safety standards
- Solid welding experience in a fabrication environment - mig, tig, and/or robotic
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Comfortable with measuring tools and basic math
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- All candidates complete a blueprint comprehension test and hands-on weld evaluation
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
