This is a full-time, on-site Machine Operator role located in Chilton, WI. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily manufacturing schedules and quality standards. Responsibilities include loading materials, performing basic adjustments, using hand tools as needed, and inspecting products for accuracy and defects. The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and completing routine equipment checks.
The Machine Operator will communicate with supervisors and team members to report issues, support continuous improvement, and help ensure efficient production flow.
- Candidates should possess skills in machine operation and working with production machinery.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including inspecting products and maintaining standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in using hand tools and performing basic equipment adjustments.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and supervisors.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is beneficial.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new processes and equipment are important.
