CNC Operator

Location: Allenton

** Boyd Thermal by Eaton is seeking a Secondary Operator in our Allenton, WI location.
** The CNC (Secondary) Operator plays a vital role in Boyd Thermal by Eaton's Secondary Team, contributing to the efficiency and quality of our die-cast manufacturing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for the secondary processing of die-cast components, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and production timelines. Key responsibilities include operating secondary machinery, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to optimize the manufacturing process.

This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset are crucial as you contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing goals.

Base salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

** Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization on a professional level

Basic reasoning skills and language skills (ability to read, listen, analyze, and interpret general business paperwork)
Ability to accurately complete shop paperwork

Must have the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

Specific vision abilities are required for this job and include close and distance vision, color, peripheral vision, and ability to focus
