* + 1st shift: $18.82 per hour

+ 2nd shift: $20.07 per hour

+ 3rd shift: $20.32 per hour

* + 1st shift: 8:00 a.m.

-4:00 p.m. M-F

+ 2nd shift: 4:00 p.m.

-12:00 a.m.

+ 3rd shift: 12:00 a.m.

-8:00 a.m.

** What's a typical day as Production Associate? You'll be:*
* + Using and maintaining all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

+ Following facility and departmental standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions

+ Maintaining pace with press cycle times and grinding parts/removing pull-tabs as required

+ Performing visual, in-process, and final inspections of parts and reporting defects to supervisors or quality technicians

+ Sorting parts accurately according to labeling system and communicating job status, part issues, and product variations to team members

+ Keeping the work area and equipment clean and orderly

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Can stand, walk, and reach for extended periods, and use hands for repetitive production tasks

+ Can regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, frequently up to 40 pounds, and occasionally more than 40 pounds

+ Are able to work near moving mechanical parts and in a facility that may reach approximately 110°F during the summer

+ Have strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Can provide closed-toe shoes and comply with safety regulations (PPE provided)

+ Are comfortable in an entry-level, hands-on production environment

+ Understand that Air Pods may be worn only if OSHA compliant; no smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco permitted onsite
