Join Didion as a Food-Grade Bulk Shipping Operator Help us deliver safe, accurately loaded grain-based food products by running and supporting automated bulk loadout operations. Cross-train on multiple systems and equipment for flexibility, resilience, and career growth.

Schedule & compensation
Hours:
6pm–6amRotation: 4 days on / 4 days offPay: $22–$25 per hour Premium: $3.00/hour night differential
Benefit: extra 40 hours of Paid Time Off for night shift
Core responsibilities
Operate and learn automated loadout equipment to fulfill orders safely and accurately.
Use computer interfaces to configure, track, and document loads.
Work indoors/outdoors; climb and verify connections and flow laborate with teammates and flex to other systems through cross-training.
Qualifications Manufacturing experience; food industry exposure preferred.
Aptitude for automated machinery and controls.
Comfortable working outdoors and klift background preferred, not required.
Computer proficiency for operating controls and data entry.
Physical & environmental conditions
Lift 55 lbs.
Noise, dust, heat, and cold are part of the workspace.
Climb stairs and ladders; perform tasks at heights over 20'.Culture & growth
