We are a busy, locally owned collision repair shop looking for someone who takes pride in their work and produces high-quality repairs.

• Prepare vehicles and panels for refinishing
• Sand, mask, prime, seal, and prep vehicles for paint
• Mix and match automotive paint colors accurately
• Perform color tinting and blending when needed
• Apply basecoat and clearcoat
• Inspect finished repairs for color match, coverage, texture, and overall quality
• Correct paint imperfections when necessary
• Properly maintain spray guns, equipment, and paint supplies
• Keep the paint department clean, organized, and safe
• Follow proper repair procedures and manufacturer specifications
• Work efficiently with the body technicians and production team

• Previous professional automotive painting/refinishing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Experience with color matching and blending
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a busy collision repair environment
• Valid driver's license
