Are you comfortable using hand tools to assemble and prep packaging materials?

Do you notice details others miss—like a misprint, a seal issue, or an odd code?

Can you lift, stage, and move materials with a forklift while maintaining strict safety?

Do you document everything—logs, reports, and checks—so the data tells the story?

What you’ll do Operate PLC-driven packaging machinery to maintain consistent throughput.

Prepare packaging components with hand tools and basic mechanical skill.

Monitor quality to FDA and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.

Perform routine inspections for defects and inconsistencies.

Capture accurate records of packaging activities (logs, reports, checklists).Use forklift and warehouse experience to handle inventory and move materials safely.

Pitch in on assembly tasks tied to the packaging process.

What you’ll bring

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Basic driving skills; forklift operation is a plus.

General computer competency.

Manufacturing experience—especially in food-safe environments—is a plus.

Self-directed problem solver with strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; able to work safely without supervision.

Ownership of your area and equipment, with a teamwork mindset.

Initiative to create and execute continuous improvement projects.

Fluent English communication (read, write, speak) to collaborate across departments.
