Our Sturtevant, WI location is part of our Meat Division and creates dry seasoning blends for meat and snacks items that spice up the life of Kerry customers. The pay range for this position is $25.26 - $35 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Overview:

The Maintenance Technician maintains and repairs production and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, this role involves regular services, preventative and predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. The technician collaborates with team members to maximize efficiency and adheres to all safety and quality standards. Additionally, they use computerized maintenance management systems to organize work orders and document maintenance activities accurately.

• Adhere to all established Kerry LIFE Safety, Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and processing policies, with a strong focus on quality.
• Follow all LO/TO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures when performing work on equipment, as required.
