Since 1996, we’ve built precision turned and milled components — in steel, stainless, aluminum, and plastics — for OEMs and contract manufacturers in the dairy equipment, agriculture, construction, medical device, and restaurant equipment industries.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills to produce parts to blueprint specifications
- Write and edit original CNC mill programs
- Read and interpret blueprints to plan tooling, fixturing, and machining processes
- Inspect finished parts against customer specs using standard measuring tools

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mills and related equipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
- Train and mentor other machinists as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of CNC machining experience on mills, or a certificate/degree from a technical machining program
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Comfortable using a computer to look up and log production data
- Solid math skills — whole numbers, fractions, and decimals across all units of measure
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and company policies
Nice to Have
- Prior experience specifically running 5 Axis CNC mills
- Forklift experience
- Experience training or mentoring other machinists
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs/ladders
- Close visual focus for inspecting small parts and reading measurements
- Comfortable wearing required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toed boots)
Work Environment
