We are seeking a 1st shift Production Worker for an agriculture company in Barneveld, WI.
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate measurement, filling, packaging, and production of animal nutrition products
Duties:
Accurately measure required ingredients according to specifications.
- Transfer ingredients to mixers and fillers as needed.
- Mix ingredients as directed.
- Package products as directed
Qualifications:
Broad understanding of safety systems and demonstrated ability to follow safety rules and policies
- Ability to accurately and proficiently measure materials.
- Ability to use filling equipment.
- Ability to document production procedures in writing.
- Ability to meet production quotas.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repetitively.
- Ability, experience and certification to operate a forklift.
- Ability to stand and walk on concrete for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to be around dust particles and use personal protective equipment
Schedule
:
Full-time, day shift schedule, flexibility with the schedule between 4am-4pm.
Pay
: $18.40/hour + monthly bonuses!
