Esker is entering a new era of global growth, backed by world-class investors and driven by bold ambition : transforming how enterprises operate with AI-powered solutions for the Office of the CFO. We're looking for a thoughtful, strategic Global Head of Growth Marketing to lead us through our next stage of scale toward 500M+ in revenue and global market leadership.

This role sits within the Corporate Marketing team and acts as a key orchestrator of global growth strategy, ensuring measurable pipeline contribution and scalable execution. You'll lead a dynamic team of Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Outbound Marketing, ABM and Mar Tech ensuring alignment and excellence across every touchpoint. You'll spearhead our global growth marketing strategy while you lead a high-performing team, collaborate across the C-suite, and ensure Esker's marketing engine delivers measurable impact at scale.

What

You'll Lead
  • Define and execute Esker's global growth marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue goals.
  • Co-create global-to-regional campaign planning with Field Marketing to ensure relevance, adoption, and execution consistency.
  • Develop scalable global campaign frameworks for digital and ABM programs, enabling regional activation.
  • Provide data-driven insights and performance feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure alignment on ICPs, personas, messaging, and funnel architecture across all programs.
  • Lead and inspire a global team of Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Outbound Marketing, ABM and Mar Tech.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence across all regions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and Marketing Ops to align execution with pipeline targets.
Growth Marketing
  • Define and lead Esker's global demand generation strategy, leveraging digital, paid media, content, SEO / SEM, events, and inbound channels to drive scalable pipeline growth.
  • Champion the strategic use of marketing technology including Marketo (MAP), Salesforce (CRM), and Highspot to enable seamless campaign execution and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to advance lead scoring models, campaign analytics, and investment planning, ensuring precision and impact.
  • Enforce global compliance and governance standards, including GDPR, while driving best practices in automation, data integrity, and lead management.
Field Marketing
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Field Marketing, enabling regional success through global strategy, digital scale, and performance insights.
  • Align global campaigns with regional activation through tight partnership with the Head of Field Marketing.
  • Provide digital amplification, ABM insights, and outbound plays to support local execution.
  • Share intent signals, performance insights, and growth opportunities across regions.
  • Align on pipeline coverage targets and shared campaign priorities.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Own the global ABM vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation and scalability in 1 : 1 and 1 : few programs targeting high-value strategic accounts to accelerate pipeline and deepen customer relationships.
  • Partner with regional leaders to embed ABM best practices and deliver measurable impact across markets.
Partner and Customer Marketing
  • Drive global co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to amplify joint value propositions and market reach.
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to strengthen lifecycle programs, retention strategies, and advocacy efforts across regions.
  • Enable expansion and upsell opportunities through scalable digital frameworks and ABM tools.
  • Partner with Heads of Customer and Value to develop compelling assets including case studies, testimonials, and engagement strategies that reinforce Esker's value proposition.
  • Contribute to customer-focused campaigns that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term growth.
What You Bring
  • Executive Experience : 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership roles required, 15+ years preferred, including global growth and demand generation; at least 5 years at VP or Head level
  • Global Perspective :
    Proven success managing international teams and executing multi-region strategies
  • Growth Expertise :
    Deep experience in scaling marketing for high-growth SaaS or technology businesses. Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-scaling company is a strong plus.
  • Strategic Influence :
    Ability to shape executive-level decisions and drive cross-functional GTM alignment
  • Technical Acumen :
    Expertise in modern marketing platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Highspot)
  • Experience in private equity-backed or fast-scaling environments is a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel globally (20-30%)
