Impact

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and managing a diverse portfolio of marketing communications projects. You will play a crucial role in bringing strategic marketing plans to fruition, collaborating with creative and business teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to lead key initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and directly influence the success of our brand communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects for the marketing group, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, organizing activities and resources to meet project goals.
  • Coordinate and oversee digital, print, and campaign-based communication projects in close partnership with creative and marketing teams.
  • Direct a variety of communication projects, including digital, print, out-of-home (OOH), brand activations, video, and studio-based initiatives.
  • Plan and direct work from internal Centers of Excellence and brand teams, covering aspects such as concept/layout, copy, design, photography, and audio/video production.
  • Apply robust project management disciplines, including communication planning, timeline management, change orders, work breakdown structures, and weekly status reporting.
  • Uphold organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance across all projects.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and project execution.
  • Analyze and evaluate program risks, developing solutions and escalating issues as needed, while producing comprehensive program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management within a marketing, creative, or brand environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Foundational understanding of project management principles, tools, and workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Assertive, self-directed, and detail-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify issues, support solutions, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
