IntroductionWe are seeking talented Project Managers on behalf of a client in the manufacturing and consumer goods industry. The role requires 100% on‑site presence in Kohler, WI.
Responsibilities- Project Facilitation & Execution:
Manage a portfolio of small-to-medium‑sized marketing communications projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. - Project Planning:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, work breakdown structures, and communication plans. - Asset & Campaign Coordination:
Coordinate cross‑functional efforts for digital, print, out‑of‑home (OOH), brand activations, and integrated campaign‑based communication projects. - Creative Studio Management:
Plan and direct workflows through internal creative studios and brand teams, covering concept layout, copywriting, design, photography, and audio/video production. - Systems & Reporting:
Utilize Workfront as the primary project management tool to track schedules, process change orders, monitor progress, and compile weekly management status and program risk reports. - Quality & Process Optimization:
Maintain established standards for performance and quality, identifying gaps and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience:
2–5 years of dedicated project management experience within a creative agency, internal brand team, or marketing communications environment. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. - Technical Proficiency:
Hands‑on experience with Workfront (or a comparable enterprise‑level project management system) for complex timelines, resourcing, and status reporting. - Domain Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of the lifecycle of creative deliverables across print, digital media, and video production workflows.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration and relationship‑building skills to partner with internal Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, time‑management, and analytical problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
- Assertive and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to drive alignment and elevate project risks when necessary.
