L'EST REPUBLICAIN*, a local media recognized for over 130 years for the reliability of its information, cultivates a strong link of proximity with its readers in Lorraine and Franche Comté. We are looking for a Marketing Editorial Project Manager in an internship in Houdemont.

Attached to the marketing editorial manager, the project manager works closely with the editorial teams (editor in chief, project teams…), the sales director of the pole, and the strategic and development marketing teams of the EBRA group.

The main missions are as follows:

• Highlighting content with high added value
• Define objectives and action plans in conjunction with the editorial team
• Implement and coordinate marketing levers (emailings, AB Tasty, autopromo, sponsored campaigns, contests, etc.)
• Monitor and evaluate operations (balances, lessons, recommendations)
• Valuation and optimization of editorial appointments
• Propose and implement visibility solutions for flagship content
• Conduct regular benchmarks of editorial practices in the regional and local press
• Analyze performance using available tools and recommend optimizations
• Follow-up and contribution to EBRA group projects
• Participate in the deployment of editorial and marketing projects within the pole (e.g., common verticals, national key events, etc.)
• Contribute to cross-functional workshops
• Analysis and reporting
• Produce and share regular reports for editorial teams (website and app audience, notification performance, newsletters, etc.)
• Monitor audience evolution (monthly reports) and major punctual events
• Editorial and marketing intelligence
• Follow new editorial practices (formats, angles, themes, uses, devices…)
• Detect and relay opportunities for editorial and marketing innovation to enhance content value and impact

You aim for a Master's degree in digital marketing, web analyst, or communication. Previous experience in marketing is desirable.

Expected behavioral skills: Rigor / analytical sense / ability to analyze and synthesize / Relationship skills and taste for teamwork / Responsiveness, autonomy, and proposal strength.

Expected technical skills: Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint / mastery of digital marketing tools / affinity for numbers.
