Early Talent Internship – Kohler

Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs offer a 10‑12 week experience in which interns work on real projects, develop practical skills, and gain exposure to cross‑functional teams. Supported by intentional learning and mentorship, the internship builds a pipeline for future full‑time opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles.

Work Mode: Onsite – 4 days per week
Location: Kohler, WI
Term: May 2027 through August 2027

The Commercial Internship Program immerses interns in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, or Category Management roles. Interns contribute to real business initiatives, analyze market and consumer trends, and support strategies that influence product innovation and commercial performance.

• Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to uncover insights that inform business and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Own and deliver a key project from scoping through final presentation, driving measurable business impact.
• Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, product initiatives, or sales strategies that support business goals.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support initiatives across the full customer journey, from product development to customer engagement.
• Present insights and recommendations to team members and leaders, strengthening communication and influencing skills.

• Actively enrolled in an accredited institution with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Insights/Behaviors, Applied Statistics, or a related field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

Hourly Rate: $23.95 – $29.93. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by factors such as education and work location.
