As the Marketing Specialist II, you will support product and brand growth through the execution and optimization of integrated marketing initiatives. This role independently drives assigned marketing projects, develops content and sales enablement tools, and analyzes campaign performance to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with the marketing manager, sales, product management, and corporate marketing teams, Marketing Specialist II serves as a key resource in executing marketing strategies that support business objectives and customer engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Execute multimedia marketing campaigns for key product releases for assigned products, brands, and market segments.
Support campaign planning and execution for assigned brands’ multimedia campaigns for product launches, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
Identify topics and educational opportunities for rep communications, webinars, blogs, social media, videos, and white papers.
Develop and distribute clear, actionable content for sales representatives and channel partners, including email and social media campaigns. Refine messaging strategy and implement improvements as needed.
Partner with media & communications specialist to identify paid media opportunities for assigned brands including advertorials, print publication ads, rep promotions, and press releases.
Identify, develop, and maintain marketing collateral, including catalogs, sales sheets, manuals, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.
Ensure content on assigned websites and product pages is current and accurate.
Influence go-to-market messaging and content strategy for product displays, sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
Support planning and execution of trade shows, customer events, and displays.
Facilitate market research and analysis on distribution channels, customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities.
Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders, sales teams, and customers by providing product, market, and marketing expertise.
Lead assigned projects and contribute to process improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
Analyze campaign, website, and content and interpret performance trends to optimize channel mix, messaging, or investment to inform future strategy.
Collaborate with product management, sales, engineering, and corporate marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and launches.
Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Education:
4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred4-6 years of relevant work experience in marketing, public relations or advertising required.
3–5 years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels; B2B marketing experience preferred.
