• Clinical Leadership: Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring the highest standards of 5‑star care are met.

• Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and clinical-grade documentation of assessments and interventions.

• Order Oversight: Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs and oversee the pharmacy notification process for new or adjusted treatments.

• Medication Administration: Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered by physicians.

• Unit Management: Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes resident safety and dignity.

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.

• Experience: Previous long‑term care or sub‑acute experience is preferred, but we welcome dedicated nurses who are passionate about geriatric care.
