Job SummaryThe Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide patient/resident care as required under the direct supervision of the licensed nurse.
TheCNA at Monello Care Center completes assigned tasks to ensure timely,efficientandsafepatient/resident care. Communication and interactions with patients, residents,families,and other health team membersareessential components of this position.

- Weekend Warrior Program–choose one of the following3levels:
- Select Level:basehourlywage+$5.00/hour(every other weekend)
- Pro Level:base hourly wage+$7.00/hour(3 weekends per month)

Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
Implements plan of care developed by the Registered Nurse based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural,ethnicand religious/spiritual needs.
Provides direct patient/resident care andreportscondition and changes to RN or LPN.
Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
Document results of patient/resident care within established policies,procedure sand scope of practice.
Nutritional care
Effective communication with residents and family
Completes all other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired:
Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
Ability to meet physical and job-related requirements
Must be English literate andpossessexcellent writtenandverbal communication skills
Preferred:
Previous hospital or long-termcare or skilled nursing experience
CPR Certified
