Where You Will WorkWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our 12‑bed ICU unit, which provides high‑acuity care with an average daily census of 6 patients. The unit maintains a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:2. Ideal RN candidates will have prior ICU or step‑down experience, be outgoing, confident, and eager to learn. Known for exceptional teamwork, strong staff engagement in Professional Governance, and commitment to professional development, this unit offers a dynamic and supportive environment for those who thrive in challenging clinical settings.
We’reLooking For
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and NIHSS recommended within 6 months of hire
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
