Shift: 8-Hour Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Serenity Spring LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents in a long–term care setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well‑being during day shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and medical records
- Collaborate with CNAs and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 40 hours per week
- Experience in long‑term care / nursing home setting preferred
- Must be reliable and able to work consistent day shifts
- Active LPN license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to provide compassionate, resident‑centered care
