Location: New Lisbon

Overview

Registered Nurse (LTC) for a travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care setting in New Lisbon, Wisconsin. Start date 06/29/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,845–$1,932 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Shift is evenings (5x8). This assignment is in a long-term care - nursing home environment, requiring clinical leadership on the floor and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities
  • Timely communication to physicians, families, and other care team members about significant changes in resident condition
  • Complete applicable resident assessments and ensure accurate documentation
  • Administer medications following the 5 Rights, and monitor for adverse effects
  • Perform wound care and related assessments as needed
  • Assist CNAs with answering call lights and resident needs
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately
  • Act as floor leader when needed by assessing and directing situations
  • Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
  • Maintain thorough, accurate resident records and charting; ensure data integrity
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and safety
Requirements
  • Wisconsin Registered Nursing license, active and in good standing
  • Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree in nursing preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required
  • 1+ years of related work experience preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
  • Ability to work in a long-term care setting and adapt to a dynamic team environment
