Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, where your skills and compassion will make a significant impact on patient care! In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our home. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of health and wellness for our patients. Your expertise in critical care, emergency medicine, and specialized treatments will be invaluable as you navigate the complexities of patient needs.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans that address both physical and emotional needs.
• Perform critical procedures such as IV infusion, suturing, catheterization, and emergency interventions as required.
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations while utilizing EMR systems effectively.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Experience with Epicor Cerner EHR systems.
• Familiarity with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding for accurate medical documentation.
• Background in specialties such as pediatrics, geriatrics, or behavioral health is a plus.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
