Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care

Full Time PM Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend

Hours:

36 Contract Weeks: 13

Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.

Current CPR/BLS certification required.

1+ years of related work experience preferred.

Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.

Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.

Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, and misappropriation to appropriate supervisory staff.

Notify the charge nurse of any changes in resident conditions.

Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.

Update physicians and family members regarding changes in resident conditions as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
