13 weeks part-time PM shift 67.5 hours per pay period 1+ years of related work experience preferred Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license Current CPR/BLS certification required

The Licensed Practical Nurse position assesses and passes medication to residents. The nurse reports to the physician any changes observed in residents. Communication with the charge nurse is essential for reporting changes in condition. Updating family members about residents' condition is also a responsibility. The nurse assists Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed. Medications are administered while following the 5 Rights guideline.

Any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation must be reported to the Director of Nursing and Administrator. Performing additional duties as requested is expected. Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail are required. Openness to working in either RN or LPN positions is preferred.
