Prescott Nursing and Rehabilitation Community is located 20 miles from St. Paul. We are a 65-bed facility that cares for short‑term/transitional care/long‑term residents. Our home is owned and managed by Atrium Living Centers. We are currently seeking fully licensed nurses for afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities include:

conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident care, medication, and treatments appropriately.

Requirements:

• Full‑time
• Current license by the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
• CPR Certified
• Supervisory experience preferred (but not required)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, organizational skills, and leadership/supervisory skills.
• Ability to work independently with no supervision, work irregular hours including every other weekend and E/O/Holiday.
