Every Other Weekend
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- 1+ Year of LPN Experience Preferred
- Experience in Long Term Care (LTC) Setting Preferred
- Administer medications following the 5 Rights of Medication Administration
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Communicate with physicians, families, and healthcare team members
- Support CNAs and provide exceptional resident care
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
