Assistant Director of Nursing – Sheboygan Progressive Health Services

Salary: $90K–$105K based on experience

We are hiring an experienced RN leader with LTC and prior nurse management experience to lead with purpose and grow with support.

Responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing (DON) in management and delivery of nursing services, planning, organizing, directing, supervising, and evaluating all nursing services. Assists in ensuring compliance with regulations and implementation of core programs. Manages the department within budget in the absence of the DON. Follows center policies and is subject to an on‑call rotation. Working manager with time on the floor.

• Current RN license with the state
• Financial and management skills; flexible work schedule, occasional overnight travel
• Positive communication with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and staff
• Interest in working with long‑term care residents and the elderly
• English proficiency
• Compliance with health and safety requirements
• Basic computer knowledge, proficiency with Microsoft products
• Subject to call schedule

• Experience in a fast‑paced environment
• Post‑acute or health care RN experience
