Job Overview
The Pines Post Acute and Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring for both our residents and staff, and operate as a teaching facility that emphasizes education and career growth.
Responsibilities- Medication administration
- Evaluation of long‑term care and rehabilitation residents
- Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
- Observing residents and appropriately documenting
- Providing patient and respectful care regardless of resident cooperation
- Following safety guidelines and remaining compliant with EMS and sanitation procedures
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of emergency care
- In‑depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines, decontamination, etc., and a willingness to follow them at all time
- BS or equivalent diploma from a nursing program
- Regular attendance and ability to maintain schedule
Pay: $34–$38 per hour. Positions available full‑time, part‑time, or PRN.
Hours (per pay period):
- AM: every other weekend, 5:30am to 2:00pm
- PM: 6 days per pay period, 2:00pm to 10:30pm
- PM: 8 or 10 days per pay period, 4hr shift position, 6pm to 10:30pm PRN
